    NOT the place for a delicious seared rib eye with crispy deckle. More a sort of grey undercooked steak. I like a juicy medium rare with the fat cooked a little on the surface. Also, how do you get all the french fries but one cooked?

    Surprising oasis in a wide spot in the middle of nowhere. Restaurant, gas station, general store and hotel. Restaurant was decent, hotel was comfortable, quiet and spotless. Staff was friendly and attentive.

    Ok so, I ordered the sirloin wrapped in bacon medium well. The steak and everything that came with it was outstanding! This place is the real deal where cowboys go to eat! I'd give it 5 starts BUT I ordered the blubbery pie and it tasted funny. Not sure what it was but it wasn't good. Other than that this is a great place to visit.
